Commodity’s Gold is a creamy, delicate, soft but quite unusual fragrance. It is androgynous with a personality that is not quite clear but in a good and enigmatic way. Its vanilla flavor mixes with the aromatic freshness of juniper with amber’s warmth and woody depth. For the price, mix bar is definitely worth it but it just couldn't replace and duplicate the addictive creamy amber vanilla combination that commodity gold has. To be quite honest, I'm still on the hunt for a fragrance that comes close enough to gold and have yet to find it.

Longer lasting dupe for Commodity Gold Expressive. I got myself a sample of Commodity Gold Expressive, and I’m obsessed. However the projection and longevity 😩💔 I really cannot justify buying the full bottle at that price point with such poor projection. It's a bit weird to say a fragrance smells like gold itself, but this one really captures the feeling of wearing a crisp white shirt with delicate gold earrings. It's radiant, a little bit metallic yet stays close to the skin (that will be the Iso E Super, an ingredient that makes anyone's skin smell like their own, but better).
