When he serviced my Sub 2 years ago he just replaced the o rings. There have been many instances when RSC has charged customers for a new crown and tube and they were not replaced. So, if the threads on crown and tube are fine upon inspection, all you really need are new seals and the indy watchmakers will only replace them.
